Biker Basics accepts online payments through PayPal & Google Checkout. You can pay with confidence via: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover through the safe and secure online checkout system that PayPal & Google offers. You may also pay with a Money Order or Cashiers Check.
C.O.D.’s orders are not available. Personal checks maybe be Accepted, Please contact use prior to purchasing, if this is the Method on which you choice to pay, for acceptance.
Please remember, any payments mailed to us must have your complete Mailing address, your user ID name, along with the item number and or A brief description of the item. This information will assure there will be no Mistakes.
Also note that NO item will be shipped until payment has Cleared completely.

Return Policy
At Biker Basics, your satisfaction is very important. You can put your mind at rest knowing we offer a 30 - day return and exchange policy! The policy starts on the date of shipment.
It works very simple. When you make a purchase with us, regardless of value, and you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return the item within 30 - days for a full item price refund or for an exchange. (Note: shipping cost is not included in the refund, only the purchase price of the item).
At Biker Basics we strive to provide very complete and detailed descriptions and photographs with every listing so you are very clear on what you are purchasing. Please read the listings carefully! If you have questions about the details of an item, please e-mail us for specifics. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please don’t buy if you have any reservations.
Whether the item is defective , or that you changed your mind and simply do not like it, you are always welcome to send the item back to us. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement of the same item or an item of the same value.
However, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.
Biker Basics will not be responsible for returned products lost in post if the item purchased doesn’t have insurance included, we strongly encourage buyers to purchase insurance.
All returns must be pre-approved by e-mailing our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please follow the RMA procedures below.
Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure - (RMA)
When you need to return an item to Biker Basics, please e-mail our RMA Department - RMA@nextgenerationwholesale.com . Please provide your user ID and the item number along with a brief description of the issue or reason. Not providing this detailed information will delay the return process.
Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s). The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 1weeks only. All returned item(s) must be re-packaged as it was delivered to you, with all materials and documentations. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
Items must be returned within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. Insured packages and tracking numbers are strongly encouraged.
Biker Basics will send the refund and or ship the replacement after we have received and processed the returned item(s). In some cases there maybe a re-stocking fee.
All shipping cost are non-refundable. The customers are responsible for return shipping back to Biker Basics.
Exceptions to this policy
: If the item is listed “As - Is”, ”Used” or if it states differently in the item description, on the list page. Any items damaged during transit. If the item is lost in transit and is not insured, sender is responsible for the loss. NOTE: Insured items with tracking numbers is strongly recommended.Shipping and Handling

At Biker Basics all items are shipped with you, the Buyer, in mind. We do our best to make sure that every package is wrapped securely and to the Carriers standards that you have chosen.
Shipping Time
Items are generally shipped out within 2 - 3 business days from the receipt/clearing of the payment. Items shipped using UPS should arrive in 1- 5 business days. We will send an email confirmation (including your tracking number) as soon as your item is shipped. Biker Basics does not ship on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order
When your shipment is confirmed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from Biker Basics, which will include a tracking number for your shipment.
All item have tracking numbers and can be tracked using the USPS.com, the UPS.com or Fedex.com websites.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by the method of shipping, weight of the item(s) shipped, and the final destination of the package. Biker Basics offers mostly free shipping. For items that are not free shipping we offer USPS, UPS and Fedex shipping methods .
Domestic Shipments
For Domestic shipments our default method of shipping is UPS. Shipping and handling charges are based on the continental US (lower 48). All amounts listed for shipping include packing materials. Packing materials may include: box/boxes, bubble wrap, packing foam, packing peanuts, tissue paper, tape, etc. Bidders from the other US territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, must contact us for a shipping quote. When using Paypal as payment method, Biker Basics can only ship to confirmed addresses. Paypal works different for sellers and buyers, using a non-confirmed address represents a real risk . If we were to ship to a non-confirmed address, Biker Basics relinquishes it’s safeguards under Paypal’s Seller Protection Guidelines. Therefore Biker Basics reserves the right to deny shipping to buyers with non-confirmed Paypal addresses.
Local pick-ups are available upon request. Please note: by choosing to pick-up an item you will not be charged shipping costs, but a pick-up handling fee may apply. Please contact us at BikerBasics@gmail.com for more details.
International Shipments:
Our default international shipping method is USPS Global Express Mail (the most reliable and least expensive option providing a tracking number). All amounts listed in the shipping rate calculator include packing materials. Packing materials may include: box/boxes, bubble wrap, packing foam, packing peanuts, tissue paper, tape, etc.
For the protection of our customers and the protection of Biker Basics we require that all items shipped internationally be mailed using a mail service providing tracking information as well as insurance. As USPS Airmail Parcel Post provides neither tracking numbers nor insurance, we will not ship by this means under any circumstances. Due to international shipping regulations we are not allowed to designate any item as a "gift" or mark the value of the item less than the actual cost of the item when it was sold at auction.
Customs
International shipments are occasionally held and inspected by Customs officials for a period of time. We are not responsible for covering the shipping costs on any item returned to us by international customs agents.
VAT Taxes/Duties
We cannot anticipate VAT or other foreign duties. If you are an international customer, please be aware that your country may assess import duties/taxes. Any taxes or fees assessed on an item are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event an item is returned for any reason, we are not responsible for covering these fees.
Duty fees imposed by the buyer’s respective country’s Customs Dept are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If you need an item shipped to meet a specific schedule due to an event or traveling plans, or for any other reason, please contact us and we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.

Specials Notes
All domestic & international shipping rates offered through the Shipping Rate Calculator are considered quotes only. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping rate of any item if the actual shipping cost (after packing) differs greatly from that quoted by the Shipping Rate Calculator.
Because Biker Basics from time to time uses other distributors (business partners) for shipping, along with some items coming straight from the manufactures, there does come a time where certain items become out of stock. Even though this is a rare occasion and out of our control, it may still happen and we at Biker Basics apologize for that. Never the less If an item is out of stock and not available for shipment, we will contact you asap with a tentative ship date. If you do not want to wait, you will then have the choice of a full refund and/or exchange of item.
Returned Packages
We are not responsible for any item returned to us as "undeliverable" if the address provided by the customer matches the address printed on the shipping label. In this event, the customer is required to provide an alternate shipping address and cover the additional shipping costs before the item will be shipped again.
Lost or Damaged Items
Unfortunately, boxes are occasionally lost, damaged or go missing during transit. In the event of loss or item damage, we are required to notify the carrier so that a trace can be started. Following their procedure, the insurance claim can usually be filed no sooner than one (1) month after the carrier has started their trace of the package. The customer will be refunded only after the insurance claim has been completed which may take a few months.
